This tour star from Yining, one aim of Northern Silkroad, we take our landcruiser into the hinterland of MT.Tianshan along the beautiful Yili River valley, visit the Naraty Grassland, one of the four largest grassland in Eurasia Continent, and Bayanbuluk grassland with swan lake, which is the first high mountain grassland in China, of course ,here we should not miss to experience the fascinating folklore of the local Monglia and Kazak, then enjoy our jeep safari crossing the MT.Tanshan, go head to Kuqa, an important trading post along the Silk Road where retains much of the flavor of medieval Central Aisa, here we will visit the Kezir Buddhist Caves, the most famous monuments in Kuqa, They are the oldest in China, having been built between the third and the ninth century. And also visit the Subash Buddhist Temple ruins once were home for 5000 monks, and some ruins near it. Then then plunge into the hert of the Takiomakan Desert by jeeps or traveling bus along the Takilamakan Highway. We can see the forest of the diversified leaf poplar trees, the only trees that can survive in the "Dead sea''. The forest is two hundred kilometres long and fifty kilometres wide, the desert lsndscape and desert oil field will give you a sense of the changes that are happening in this corner of the earth. This part of tour covers a distance of 580 kilometres, from Niya we easthead to Qarkilik along the almost forgeton southern silk route in the foot of Kunlun mountains, on the way we will visit those oasis on the edge of the Trarim Basin and the fearful Takelamakan Desert,from Qarkilk enter into the East Kunlun Mountains ranges, then crossing the vast Qardam basin, reaching in Golmud,the city is called the hub of communication of Qinhai-Tibet , When we pass Chaidamu Basin, we could not only go deep into the salt lake to explore, but could see marvelous spectacle like storm and mirage as well. After crossing over the first pass entering into Tibet-"Wudaoliang", tourists could appreciate the peculiar view of Tuo Tuo River-the source of Changjiang River. The altitude of Tanggula pass is 5231m, and it is the highest place of the route of Qinghai to Tibet. We reach Tibet after crossing over the Tanggula pass. On the wide north Tibet grassland, snow peaks, lakes, grasslands, and yaks, sheep herds spread here and there, which form a gorgeous picture. "Yangbajing" is the biggest hot spring in Tibet. Tourists could have a rest here, wash off the running down of the journey, and go to Shrine Lhasa relaxed.
After visiting Lhasa, we drive to Gyantse along the beautiful Yamdrok Lake, and go to the important town of Back Tibet-Xigatze, then turn west to visit the Sa'gya Monastery, which enjoys a reputation of "Tibetan Dunhuang". The emotion of heroic spirit rises up when we arrive at the foot of Mt.Everest and look upward to the highest mountain peak in the world.
